In my op one day a patient came her daughter is living in a cold climate area where sunlight was not present since 6 months.... So can you imagine what will be her condition? 


She was having severe diarrhoea and she was feeling very weak she was not having any immunity she was having very fatigue dizziness, tiredness , palpitation. Even with a six digit fair income she was not happy why because at the end of the day health is wealth isn't it? 

So what we have happened here let"s analyse isn't it. What happens when Vitamin D3 is not sufficient in the body yes it obstructs the calcium absorption in the body . If the calcium absorption of not sufficient it may lead to the early degeneration of the bone (osteoporosis) 
Severe body pain, musle cramps, hair loss depression, cold, fluecancer different types of cancer. It can lead to fatigue and tiredness. Vitamin D has main roles in immunity , blood pressure and Calcium metabolism. 


One of the most dangerous problem that can be caused due to vitamin D deficiency is the weakening of our Bone health and bone loss causing falls and fractures. 

Exposure to sun is the richest source of vitamin D. But which rays you have to allow in your body definitely it is the sunrise before 10 a.m. and after 3 p.m. But in cold climate  this rule is change it at the time of 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. you can   go under the sun and get 20 minutes of Sun exposure. 

Nowadays due to excessive consumption of fast food, tinned food also milk we  consume is not fresh.. But instead of that we can take

1) Soy milk

2) tofu 

3) Soya chunk

4) Mushroom

5) Egg

6) Salmon

7) Orange juice

8 ) sesame oil 

We must have a strong digestive system, so that our body can absorb essential nutrients from food. However, those with a weak digestive system shall end up with ailments
according to Ayurveda

Practice Suryanamaskaaram daily

Oil massage with sesame oil

Include sesame oil and pure A2 ghee in food
