CASE 1: A middle aged person 50 yrs came to O.P with severe headache ,pain on both cheeks,insomnia ,sometimes back pain also, he had taken mri,found out nothing pain killers are giving him temporary result only,frustrated with modern pathy he came to our op....
BEFORE READING rest of the stories make sure you will not b following the same mistake ....which time are you taking headbath? As soon as you wake up assess how is your body condition if you have cold or nose block make sure not to take headbath that day whether for small kids or adults....IS your face appearing more puffier than the day before . If yes please avoid taking headbath.....Avoid milk and milk products too...tea,coffee all.....Take a stem do the nasyam treatment I have told before....After 1 hour drink a little hot water.
Many ladies what they do is they take their headbath at midnoon, this increases inflammation in the body.Some of them are using traditional hair oils....Properties of oil are cooling,heavy and it generates inflammation if you apply it on your scalp.Some are using plain coconut oil it is also having its own side effects.Some are using hot water for headbath it is again 1 main reason of hairfall.
Don’t take headbath after food, this produces indigestion ,hypothyroidism ,acidity etc...You must feel hungry after taking a bath if not feeling hungry that also you have to inform your physician ...IF you are not having any inflammation then you can apply any external oil like sesame or danwanthar thailam according to your health.
HEAD,throat and chest are the areas of kapha dosha,NOrmal kapha dosha prevents the drying of our,eyes,nose and mouth ...BUT anything in excess create an increasd phlegm and deranges our whole system.ALso you will b having a cold,heaviness,numbhess,lethargic,drowsy.SO we are giving ayurveda medicines according to your present condition ...not for life long.
